News Decrees for appointments and cessations for ambassadors and representatives The Presidency of the Republic has issued decrees 3 and 4, of 4th January, in which the cessations and appointments of some foreign ambassadors and accredited representatives are adopted.

DECREE No.3/2016, of 4th January, detailing the cessation of some accredited plenipotentiary extraordinary ambassadors and representatives of Equatorial Guinea abroad.

For the convenience of a better service, and using the faculties granted to me under Article 41, subparagraph J, of Basic State Law, I hereby order the cessation of some cessation of some accredited plenipotentiary extraordinary ambassadors and representatives of Equatorial Guinea abroad as follows:

1. Mr. Antonio Ebale Ayingono, Equatorial Guinea Plenipotentiary Extraordinary Ambassador in the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe.

2. Mr. Manuel Mbela Bama Ndong, Equatorial Guinea Plenipotentiary Extraordinary Ambassador in the Central African Republic.

3. Mr. José Esono Micha Akeng, Equatorial Guinea Plenipotentiary Extraordinary Ambassador in the Republic of Angola.

4. Mr. José Ela Ebang Bang, Equatorial Guinea Plenipotentiary Extraordinary Ambassador in the Republic of Congo.

5. Mrs. Lourdes Mba Ayekaba, Equatorial Guinea Plenipotentiary Extraordinary Ambassador in the Republic of Cuba.

6. Mr. Melanio Ebendeng Nsomo, Equatorial Guinea Plenipotentiary Extraordinary Ambassador in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

7. Mr. Marcos Mba Ondo, Equatorial Guinea Plenipotentiary Extraordinary Ambassador in the People's Republic of China.

8. Mr. José Dougan Chubum, Equatorial Guinea Plenipotentiary Extraordinary Ambassador in the Republic of Portugal.

9. Mr. Crisantos Obama Ondo, Equatorial Guinea Permanent Representative to the United Nations Organisation for Food (FAO), in Rome (Italy).

10. Mr. Manuel Bibang Aseko, Councillor at the Equatorial Guinea Consulate in the Republic of Benin.

I thus order through this Decree, issued in Malabo on the fourth day of the month of January, 2016.
