Sports The Panthers signs with coach Daniel Luengo Daniel Roberto Luengo, 51 years old, is the new coach of the team, replacing the Equatorial Guinean Casto Nopo Abeso. The Argentine coach has signed on for six renewable months and on January 29 was presented along with four new players.

The event took place at the New Stadium of Malabo and is considered a historic event in the history of the team presided over by Ruslan Obiang Nsue, who said that it has been a long road to achieve these new signings, and thanked Daniel Luengo for having agreed to assume the leadership of the Panthers.

Furthermore, Ruslan Obiang Nsue thanked the OAS sponsor for its contribution, and said it is time to professionalize our football, for which he advised other teams to become organized and invest because "a good investment always brings benefits."

The Panthers, as cup champions, will represent our country in February at the CAF Cup (African Confederation of Football). The goal, according to its president, is to reach the group stage. Its opponent will be the team Madeama of Ghana, and the first leg will be held on February 8 in the capital, Accra.

Daniel Luengo was pleased by the warm welcome and the treatment he is receiving since his arrival in Malabo. "It's an important challenge, so I'll put my skills and experience to work in order to achieve the objectives," said the coach, who has invited players to work seriously.

Then Ruslan Obiang Nsue and Daniel Luengo publicly signed the agreement for his service.
