The Minister of Agriculture, the new Permanent Assistant Delegate of Equatorial Guinea to UNESCO
Through Decree no. 138/2011 of October 13, Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue was appointed the Permanent Delegate of Equatorial Guinea to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

The Minister of State for Agriculture and Forestry, Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue, in addition to his current duties, has been appointed Permanent Assistant Delegate of Equatorial Guinea to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

The appointment was made by Decree 138/2011, of October 13, which we publish below:

Decree No. 138/2011, of October 13 by which Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue is appointed Permanent Assistant Delegate to UNESCO for Equatorial Guinea.

In response to the circumstances of Teodoro Obiang Mangue and exercising the powers conferred to me by Article 39/I of the Fundamental Law of the State, I appoint him Permanent Assistant Delegate to UNESCO for Equatorial Guinea.

So provided by this decree, in Bata on October 13 of 2011
